We work with disabled people and call centre professionals. Together, we want to integrate the two, providing talented disabled people to the Contact Centre industry.
We offer practical support – From resources surrounding disability to CV writing for disabled workers and training for call centre managers and their staff.
We challenge assumptions about disability, we influence decision makers and we show what can be possible.
ContactAbility began in November 2012. Ian Cox, one of the founders, attended a seminar in London about homeworking. Since then the campaign has grown exponentially and we now have a full board of Trustees and a range of top companies as our Partners and Sponsors. Together, we want to be the changing face of disability employment around the UK.
